Prague or Praha (The name of the city in Czech), the Capital of the Czech Republic, is known as the pearl of Europe for its beauty.

 

Vienna, the capital of Austria, is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. In Vienna you can admire the imperial architecture, and visit the places that influenced some of the most famous classical musicians: Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert, Strauss, Brahms, etc.

 

Budapest, the capital of Hungary, is a cosmopolitan city and one of Europe’s most important cultural hub. It used to be the second capital of the Austro-Hungarian Empire.

 

Day Wise itinerary

 

Day 01: Mumbai – Prague

 

Arrive in Prague. After completing the airport formalities, you will be transferred to the hotel.

 

Prague is a city of many charms – it has been called Golden Prague, Magic Prague, Prague of a hundred spires, Prague – mother of towns, and served inspiration to generations of writers, poets, and artists.

Prague's history dates back to the 9th century. Nowadays it is a lively metropolis where one can still find a strong genius loci (spirit of the place). Prague is home to numerous government institutions and serves as the seat of the national, as well as Central-Bohemian regional government. Rest of the day at leisure, or take part in an optional dinner cruises on the Vltava River Tonight, view Prague from the Vltava River. Arguably the best manner in which to see the city, this evening's river cruise offers illuminated views of some of Prague's most historic and artistic architecture along the Vltava banks. The cruise also includes a buffet-style dinner and musical entertainment on board.Stay overnight at Hotel in Prague.

Day 02: Prague

 

After breakfast proceed to the city tour of Prague. See historical and cultural sites such as the National Theater, Charles Bridge, Belvedere, Loreta, Prague Castle, Lesser Town, The House of Artists and Old Town Square. Continue by foot to view the Prague Castle complex and St. Vitus Cathedral, the largest and most significant church in the Czech Republic. Rest of the day is free on own. Stay overnight at Hotel in Prague.

Day 03: Prague – Vienna

 

After breakfast, proceed to the train station to board your train to Vienna. On arrival, check in to Hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure.

It boasts outstanding infrastructure, is clean and safe, and has all the inspiration that you could wish for in order to discover this wonderful part of Europe. Vienna is a dream city for anyone with a romantic streak or an interest in history.  Sightseeing opportunities are to be found in abundance. Be inspired by an atmosphere steeped in history - which also boasts the comforts and infrastructure of a modern city! Vienna has been synonymous with music for centuries, and was home to Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert and Johann Strauss. This outstanding musical heritage has been preserved right to the present day. Down the centuries, Vienna has always produced and nurtured world-famous artist. The collecting passion of art-loving rulers and monarchs has made Vienna a treasure house par excellence. Day 04: Vienna

 

After breakfast, proceed to the city tour. This tour will give you an overall impression of the most significant historical sights of Vienna. Along the Ringstrasse we show you numerous grand buildings, such as the MAK, the State Opera House, the magnificent Museum of Fine Arts with its world famous art treasures of the Habsburgs and the Natural History Museum, the cultural district the Museums Quarters, the Hofburg Palace (the former Habsburg winter residence), the Parliament, the City Hall and the Burgtheater, Schonbrunn Palace (once the summer residence of the Habsburg family and home of Maria Theresia). On the way back to the opera we pass by the Belvedere Palace, the former summer residence of Prince Eugen.

Evening is free at leisure. Stay overnight at Hotel in Lucerne.

Day 05: Vienna – Budapest

  

After breakfast, proceed to the train station to board your train to Budapest. On arrival, check in to hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure.

 

The capital city of Hungary, Budapest, was created out of the unification of the separate historic towns of Buda, Pest and Óbuda in 1873. Whilst the area had been inhabited from early times, it was from this date that the city’s expansion into a world capital really began. Budapest is bisected by the River Danube; with the city as much a natural geographical centre as it is the country’s transport hub. Budapest possesses a rich and fascinating history as well as a vibrant cultural heritage. Recognizing the unique value of its traditions it has managed to maintain its magic and charm, and is rightly known as the Queen of the Danube. It has also been called the City of Spas, as there are a dozen thermal baths complexes served by over a hundred natural thermal springs.Stay overnight at Hotel in Budapest.

Day 06: Budapest

 

After breakfast, proceed to the city tour of Budapest. See the magnificent neo-Gothic building of the Hungarian Parliament dating back to the beginning of the 20th century standing along the riverside. It is one of the largest parliament buildings in the world and beside this is the most expensive and beautiful public building ever built in Hungary. During the guided tour you can admire the richly decorated main staircase, the Dom Hall, where the Hungarian Holy Crown and the Coronation Jewels are displayed, the former deputies’ lounge and the session room of the Hungarian Parliament. The tour continues to the largest church of Budapest to the St Stephen’s Cathedral constructed in the second half of the 19th century in eclectic style and has been recently renovated in its old beauty Finally visit the impressive neo-Renaissance Hungarian State Opera House from the end of the 19th century which has a auditorium with the second largest stage in Europe. Stay overnight at hotel in Budapest.

Day 07: Budapest – Mumbai 

 

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport to take your flight back to Mumbai.
