The above services are to be marketed in the cities where the franchisee is appointed. The company under its brand name "Lifestyle Holidays" market holiday packages to destinations all over the world alongwith domestic destinations like Kerala, Goa and Rajasthan.

Bulls & Bears Finance Limited (Travel & Tours) is also partners with various tourism boards like, South Africa Tourism Board, Malaysia Tourism Board, Mauritius Tourism Board etc. The job of the franchisee will be to market these holiday packages in their cities consisting of Free Individual Travellers (FITs) and groups, varying from 10 passengers to 3000 passengers . The total group movement will be assisted by the Head Office alongwith franchisee who introduces the group movement

The company shall also give marketing material for their franchisee alongwith training support, promotional material, media campaign and empanel them on their website and create attractive deals to make it easy for the franchisee to sell the packages. Operational support will also be given by the head office.

As an IATA Accredited company, the company will also issue tickets for the franchisee's clients for any destinations all over the world for their travel. The company shall provide tour package rates which should be given to the clients and the mark up on the packages will be of 10% and hence 50% of that will be refunded to the franchisee towards their profit.

As a registered Reserve Bank of India Full Fledged Money Changers, the company will also support by supplying Travellers cheques / currencies to their franchisee clients for their tours by keeping in mind the interest of the franchisee. These travellers cheques or currencies will be handed over to the passengers only after all the formalities are completed by them.

Commission earned on the sale of Travllers Cheques/Currencies will be shared with the Franchisee.

The company also undertakes Insurance for passengers those who are travelling abroad towards medical and other insurance policy for which the commission earned by the company shall be equally shared with the franchisee.

The company has created a website and can be accessed by the franchisee once they are registered. A password will be given to the franchisee for their day to day working. Designing the packages, rates for tickets etc from the website. This network shall enhance franchisee's business tremendously.

Payments to be received by the head office immediately on confirmation of tickets, tour packages, insurance, foreign exchange etc.

The company also undertakes to process Visas for their passengers for travelling through them or of any destinations in the world by getting all documentation and other requirements as per countries specific requirements and process the same from their end. All the above services will be concluded and delivered to the franchisees' office after getting full payments from them and no credits will be given whatsoever in this regard.

Documents will be delivered by Blue Dart Courier as the company has already tied-up with them for sending /receiving documents from their franchisee. Courier charges incurred by the franchisee will be borne by the franchisee.

The Franchisee have to pay an amount of Rs.5000/- towards registration charges and Rs.50,000/- as interest free refundable security deposit.
